Atelier Porticus and his professional project team

Basic conceptual, architectural and construction works are carried out by our company’s permanent planners. At the moment, the atelier has 8 employees who oversee architectural and construction sections of projects, documentation of medical – technical installations, gas equipment, heavy – current electric installations and water management parts of constructions. We also oversee technical and economic construction project assessment.

Other parts of project documentation are carried out through a long–term collaboration with a stable team of experienced cooperating companies and individuals. A special project team is assembled from permanent employees and cooperating individuals for each contract, managed by chief project engineer authorized in the field of building construction, which is capable of ensuring complex project and engineering works no matter the scope.
